Most quotes go out same day (within 24 hours).
what areas do you service?
Illawarra & Wollongong (our base), Shellharbour, Kiama, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, Sutherland Shire, and Greater Sydney.

how much does a survey cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of works—things like property size, access, level of detail, and any council or title requirements. We keep our pricing very competitive and aim to deliver the best value through accurate work and fast turnaround. Share your plans or address and we’ll provide a clear, fixed-price quote upfront.
do i need council approval?
Ordering a survey: no approval needed.
For building/DA/CDC: a survey is often required (site plan, levels, boundaries, services).
We work with your designer/engineer/builder so your plans meet council or certifier needs.
when do i need a boundary survey?
Building near a boundary or pouring footings/fences.
Replacing or disputing a fence/encroachment.
Buying or selling and want certainty of the property limits.
Subdivision, easements or title issues (driveways, retaining walls, waterfront boundaries).
whats your payment policy?
Once the quote is confirmed and all parties agree, we schedule and complete the field work. An invoice is then issued during drafting, and payment is due before the final plans/documents are released.
For major or long-running projects, we use staged invoices or deposits by agreement.
